Real Estate Researcher Looking for a research assistant to prepare real estate appraisals. Job entails searching the MLS, analyzing market data, running regression analysis, loading comparables into appraisal report, searching various sites to enter into appraisal report,etc. This would be great for a person with a current or previously registered trainee, current or previously licensed appraiser BPO specialist or certified appraiser that doesn't want to work in the field. Experience with Alamode Software(Wintotal, Total, Etc.), Datamaster or Redstone a big plus. IMPORTANT!
