Daily deal website (1 deal everyday) - Front end + CMS

About job

Development of a website plus content management system. Website front: - Front page - Link to Login/ Sign up pages - Sign up page - Login page - Main page - Daily deal - product photo + product details - Price for 100 buyers, Price for 50 to 99 buyers. Live stopwatch showing deal expiring in so much time. Display showing current number of buyers. Button to buy now + input quantity. (Note price to be indicated in Mauritian Rupees as Rs (or MUR). This is not to be confused with Indian Rupees) - Link after Buy now: details + pay by internet banking or credit card. - Payment by IB page - Payment by credit card page - Credit card to be configured properly to charge in Mauritian Rupees (Rs or MUR). - Order confirmation page. - My account page - update details + previous orders + current orders. CMS - Manage user list (Edit, delete/remove users, reset their password,etc) - This is only 1 deal a day website. So need to update only 1 product details - Product name, product category, Details & specifications, 1 main picture, 2 click to zoom, possibility to set prices, 1st level discount, 2nd level discounts. I have a pdf file that details how i want it to be.
