Handled Large teams number to over 200 staff. Estimate the effort required to complete the project, number of staff and skills required to complete the project in the given time. Minimize expense by optimally utilizing the staff, and delegating work to staff based on the skills. Prepare schedules, having major miles stones, and deliverable at the end of the mile stones. Corrective actions in case there is slippage with respect to the planned schedules. Ensure the deliverable meets the quality gate criteria. Obtain customer sign off after the acceptance of the deliverable. Follow up with customer for the payments for the deliverables. ? Product manager: Conceptualize the product to be developed, scope the product requirements. Defined phases for the product developed. Prepare the Design specifications, ensure the product is developed as per specifications, passes the quality control quality gates. Ensure the product specification are correctly understood, and skilled staff are optimally used. Ensure deliverable of each phase easily integrates with next phase of product development. Ensure there is cohesive forward and backward integration with various phases of the product development. ? Operation manager: Provide inspired leadership for the organization, Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions, Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures, Assist HR with recruiting when necessary, Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing, Work with senior stakeholders, Support worker communication with the management team, Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. ? Accounts manager: Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. • Quality assurance manager: Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. setting customer service standards. Administration manager: Ensure the resources are optimally utilized, task assigned to employees based on their capabilities, monitor the assigned tasks are completed in time. Ensure the employees report on time to office, and late commers are reprimanded , approve leave, issue gate passes, ensure all the employees are frisked when reporting and leaving the office. Ensure the necessary help and materials are in stock and supplied in time for the smooth function of the organization. ? Business analyst: Eliciting Organization Requirements, Analyze the requirements, Translating and Simplifying the requirements, Requirement Management & communication, Scoping the requirements, Planning & Monitoring ? Data analyst: Gather information from various sources, Analyzing the data, interpret Patterns & Trends, reporting the results to the management, work alongside the management team to establish business needs. Defining data collection and analysis process. ? Stores manager : Ensure there is adequate stock in the inventory, issue materials, place orders to replenish the stock when it falls below the order level, negotiate with vendors for better price & high quality material are delivered in time. Monitor the stock level periodically. Throw away with materials for which the expiry date has elapsed. ? Finance officer : Maintain Petty cash book, ensure the cheques are deposited to the bank. Raise sales invoices. Check all the invoices are correct, ensure all received the goods as per the purchase order, terms and conditions. Following with customers to recover outstanding balance. Generate Sales & Purchase Ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & loss account report & Balance Sheet. Prepare Salary Cheques based on the attendance, credit salary to employee account. Ensure all payment and receipt vouchers are input by the account staff in time and ledgers are balanced.
