My name is Erica. I am currently employed as a CNA. I have been a CNA for the past 6 years. In that time I have learned to think quick on my feet, provide good quality care and how to recognize and listen to my clients needs. I also have a background in advertising and sales. I was very successful as a Sales Representative for the local newspaper. I learned how to create ads, proofread and upsale. After completing high school, I went to Northern Michigan University to become an office assistant. I took courses on Microsoft word, excel and power point.
